Red colour with violet hues, refers to the sweetness of a dark fruit with refined elegance. Intense and rich on the nose, it is both concentrated and harmonious: flowers and fruits to give way to hay, tobacco, spices. Bright summer berries on the palate with graphite veins lead to the discovery of a series of sensations. Predominately Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto. Smaller quantities of

VINEYARD AND TERROIR: Young estate vineyards surrounding the winery,
approximately 10 to 25 years old. 

AGING: Our Langhe Nebbiolo ages an average of 8 to 14 months prior to bottling.
The aging is carried in stainless-steel vats with a minor contribution of neutral oak
when required by the vintage. 

From some great terroir right near Gigondas, it’s fun to “argue” every year which wine we prefer between this and the Sablet! May as well get both….
