🍷 Château Haut-Bailly Wine Dinner
Thursday, September 11, 2025 | 7:00 PM | BlackSalt Restaurant
What better way to welcome the fall season than with an evening of extraordinary wines and exquisite food?
We are thrilled to announce a very special event featuring the legendary wines of Château Haut-Bailly. Our good friend Daina Paulin, Head of Commercial and Public Relations for the Château, will be joining us in Washington, D.C. for an unforgettable evening. Daina is a dynamic host who knows the magical terroir of Haut-Bailly inside and out, and many of you may remember her from past visits.
Haut-Bailly needs little introduction. This beloved Pessac-Léognan estate, American owned by the Wilmers family, is renowned for its elegance, precision, and timeless style. With Managing Director Véronique Sanders at the helm, the wines consistently earn top scores and international acclaim. If you ever get a chance to see the new cellars here, they are second to none. A work of art as well as a very smart design.
To celebrate, BlackSalt’s Executive Chef Quanta Robinson has crafted a four-course menu to perfectly pair with four remarkable vintages, each shipped directly from the Château.
