Bareksten Spirits was launched in 2015 by former bartender and experienced forager Stig Bareksten, and their spirits are distilled at Oss Craft Distillery in Bergen, Norway. Their flagship gin, Bareksten Botanical Gin, is made with a potato base spirit and features 26 botanicals primarily sourced from the Norwegian forests which also inspire the bottle design.
