Château Fieuzal, a wine set apart

Château Fieuzal is one of the highlights of this great wine region of Graves. It is one of the most esteemed wines of the Pessac Leognan appellation, which comes from the four centuries-old talent exerted by winegrowers who love their profession on an exceptional terroir.

Through their vision and philosophy, the owners, the Quinn family, and their technical director, Stephen Carrier, have set Fieuzal apart from the rest; a wine whose quality improves year on year, and which therefore deserves special attention.

The 2025 vintage

Tasting notes

The colour is intense and deep, with violet hues and brilliant purple highlights.

The nose, pure and fresh, currently reveals delicately milky primary aromas, enhanced by subtle notes of white pepper and blackcurrant. This 2025 blend exudes great aromatic purity, underpinned by a lovely freshness.

On the palate, the attack is silky, then the wine unfolds with length and precision. The texture evolves into a powdery quality, elegantly supported by the characteristic freshness of Cabernet, which accompanies and prolongs the tasting experience harmoniously.

94-96 Points
"The 2025 de Fieuzal, harvested between September 4 and 26, is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. It wafts from the glass with aromas of cassis, mulberries, wisteria and flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, layered and precise, it’s built around a fleshy core of fruit framed by velvety, finely grained tannins and concludes with a long, ethereal and perfumed finish. More structured than usual, it remains well balanced, supported by lively acidity and a subtle, gastronomic bitterness on the finish. It's a classical expression and one of the more compelling values in Bordeaux this year"
