NV Billecart-Salmon - Champagne Extra Brut Le Reserve

A landmark evolution from one of Champagne's most beloved and consistently brilliant family houses — and one of the most exciting reimaginings of a classic NV cuvée in recent memory. In Autumn 2024 the cuvée was relaunched as "Le Réserve," reflecting a significant and ambitious transformation: a strict reduction in dosage to just three grams per liter, an additional 20 months of aging sur lattes now totaling 50 months, and an increased proportion of reserve wines drawn from both individual vintage stocks and a perpetual reserve initiated in 2006. The result is a Champagne of extraordinary precision and freshness that sets a new benchmark for the house.
