NV Laherte Freres - Champagne Extra Brut Rose de Meunier

One of the most distinctive rosé Champagnes from the rising generation of grower-producers. Trained by Antoine Sélosse, Aurélien Laherte farms biodynamically in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay and crafts this cuvée using a unique three-part method: 60% immediately pressed white Meunier, 30% macerated juice with extended skin contact, and 10% still red Meunier — striking a balance between a fruity rosé d'assemblage and the meatier depth of a saignée, with dosage at just 2.5 g/L. Very open and fruity on the nose — raspberries, wild strawberries, violets, and manuka honey — pure, fun, and fresh on the palate with medium body and light, delicate bubbles. One of the most expressive, terroir-driven rosé Champagnes available at this price.
