Clos Bourg is the jewel of Huet's three monopole vineyards, a south-facing slope of clay-rich tuffeau just outside Vouvray whose vines have been farmed biodynamically for decades. The Demi-Sec occupies a magical middle ground — neither bone dry nor overtly sweet — allowing the vineyard's character to speak with remarkable clarity. The 2022 offers ripe pear, quince, acacia honey, and a whisper of ginger spice, underpinned by Chenin Blanc's trademark stony acidity that keeps every sip focused and fresh.
