A playfully named Cava from the Sant Sadurní d'Anoia heartland of the appellation — the name a nod to the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Made in the traditional method with a minimum of 15 months on lees, well above the Cava Brut minimum. Pale straw with fine, persistent bubbles; the nose is fresh and approachable with green apple, pear, citrus zest, and a light brioche note. The palate is crisp and clean — lemon, white peach, and subtle almond with bright acidity and a dry, refreshing finish. Dosage approximately 9 g/L.
