"Aged in 20-30% new oak in 500-liter barrels, the 2021 Chardonnay Estate is a bright straw hue and takes on more depth, with aromas of jasmine, light flint, fresh pear, and lemon curd. Medium-bodied, it offers a delicate balance of pristine fruit with fresh acidity and a focused feel without feeling harsh. It’s delicious right now, but it will continue to improve over the next few years and drink well over the coming 10."
