impossible to resist. It slowly unleashes a core of crushed raspberries,

mint leaf and sage. It’s silky and refined, with cooling acidity and pretty

strawberry fruits complemented by rosy inner florals. A cascade of licorice

and crunchy tart cranberry defines the finale, as the 2021 tapers off

youthfully tense, nearly puckering the cheeks, yet only lightly structured.

Patience is recommended, yet it will be hard to maintain.
