2024 Laberinto - Pinot Noir Cenizas (750ml)
Introducing 2024 Laberinto - Pinot Noir Cenizas, a hand harvested, single vineyard, 100% estate Pinot Noir from Laberinto. Vines were planted in 1998 by winemaker Rafael Tirado, and the wine comes from a 7.5-acre parcel perched in Colbún at 1,800 ft, grown on volcanic soil and managed with organic practices. The wine is produced as an unfiltered, unfined estate selection, showcasing a terroir-driven profile that lets the fruit and place shine.
Tasting notes
Crushed red fruit aromas of raspberry and strawberry lead to a palate of bright, clean fruit with an earthy, eucalyptus whisper. On the finish, you’ll notice undertones of wet forest floor and warm baking spices, including clove and cinnamon. The oak is seamlessly integrated, allowing the soft, expressive fruit to take center stage while maintaining a refined structure.

Food pairing and occasions
This Pinot Noir Cenizas pairs beautifully with mushroom dishes, roasted poultry, and dishes with earthy notes. Try it with duck a l’orange, pan-seared salmon with a mushroom glaze, or a roasted squash and wild mushroom risotto. Soft cheeses, like aaged goat cheese or brie, also complement its aromatic spice and mineral undertones without overpowering the wine’s delicate fruit.
