"The first core expression from Two Stacks. A complex blend of light and dark grain, single pot still, double and peated malt. Matured in the finest ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and virgin oak casks before being hand bottled at a gentle 43% abv. Non-chill filtered and without added colouring. A limited run of 200 bottles.

NOSE Fuzzy Peach skin, vanilla custard, toasted oak, shortbread, and cereal.

PALATE Charred oak, hints of lemon peel, toffee with sprinkle of white pepper and oak resin.

FINISH A gentle lasting finish of sweet smoky caramel, grassy embers of heat peppering the tongue with spice."
