Despite the name, Clos de la Roilette is in no way a clos.
The vines are on the border of Moulin-à-Vent and have a similar structure to that cru compared to most Fleurie.

Winemaking:
Whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration in concrete for 14 days. Eight months of élevage in foudre. One gram of S02 is added per hectoliter after malolactic fermentation. If deemed necessary, another gram is added at bottling.
