Bardstown Origin Series 6 yr White Label Straight Bourbon 750ml

The companion release to Bardstown's Bottled-in-Bond Black Label, this White Label expression takes the opposite approach on the mash bill — a high-rye recipe of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, built for spice and structure rather than wheated softness. Distilled entirely in-house and aged a full 6 years, it shows a nose of vanilla wafer, apple, and clove, with caramel and cherry rounding things out, moving into a peppery, spice-forward palate with real bite from the high rye content. Proofed to 96 rather than bottled in bond, giving it a touch more flexibility and polish than its Black Label sibling.
