That extra filtration smooths out the whiskey even further, resulting in a noticeably softer, more refined pour. Expect a nose of vanilla, caramel, and light fruit, moving into a smooth, mellow palate with banana and oak notes, finishing gently with minimal heat. A polished, approachable step up from Old No. 7, well suited to sipping neat or in a lighter cocktail.
