Jefferson's signature experiment: fully matured Kentucky bourbon loaded onto cargo ships and sent across the globe, where constant motion, swinging temperatures, and salt air accelerate the barrel's interaction with the spirit. Voyage 35 pours a dark amber with caramel, brown sugar, and cinnamon up front, a faint briny minerality running underneath, and a long finish that closes on espresso and sea salt. A genuinely different bourbon experience — great neat for the novelty, but holds its own in an Old Fashioned too.
