Bottled in bond at 100 proof from the same wheated recipe (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley), it shows a nose of vanilla, caramel, and baked apple, moving into a rich palate of toffee, honey, and warm wheat, with a long, gently spiced finish.
