Part of Rabbit Hole's high-end Founder's Collection, Raceking is named for Kentucky's storied horse racing tradition and built on a genuinely unusual five-grain mash bill, corn, rye, malted rye, and two chocolate malts, chocolate malted wheat from Germany and chocolate malted barley from the UK. That double chocolate malt component (just 7% of the total mash) has an outsized impact on the flavor, giving this cask strength bourbon real Whoppers-candy and dark cocoa character alongside classic bourbon notes.
