A new addition to the Willett Family Estate lineup, this small batch bourbon commingles two of the distillery's classic estate mash bills — a high-corn recipe (72% corn, 13% rye, 15% malted barley) and a high-rye recipe (52% corn, 38% rye, 10% malted barley) — blended in batches of roughly 50 barrels under fifth-generation Master Distiller Drew Kulsveen. Both components enter the barrel at 125 proof and age a minimum of 4 years, with final bottling proof set by taste rather than a fixed target, so ABV varies batch to batch. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered, expect a bold, youthful profile with cinnamon, vanilla, and real rye-driven spice up front. The release also carries some emotional weight for the brand — it honors the late Even G. Kulsveen, the family patriarch who revived the distillery in 1984.
