2021 Whitehall Lane - Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley (750ml)
Whitehall Lane’s 2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted entirely from estate fruit grown on the valley floor, blending Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. It aged twenty months in French oak, roughly half of it new, and was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve texture and character.
Across Rutherford, St. Helena, and Oak Knoll, three generations of the Leonardini family steward seven estate vineyards under the Napa Green sustainability program, delivering a classic, well-balanced expression of Napa’s valley-floor style.
The nose opens with sweet blackberry, dried Mission fig, and black cherry, with hints of blackberry coulis, toasted vanilla, and cigar box. On the palate, rich, velvety tannins carry flavors of chocolate-covered cherries, black plum, and a note of mixed berry pie, finishing with a touch of toasted walnut.
Try it alongside roast pork tenderloin or aged gruyère.
