TOR Wines is a Napa Valley producer founded by Tor Kenward and Jeff Ames, and its bottlings are among the most coveted in the valley. Kenward has said he tries to be a student of what makes great vineyard sites different, and that curiosity guides this Oakville bottling as well.

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Oakville, which many consider Napa Valley's finest appellation for the grape. The fruit comes from established Oakville vineyards, and the wine is left unfined and unfiltered. The result is a full-bodied red that reflects the structure and ripeness typical of the district, from a vintage that critics have praised across Napa Valley.

In the glass, this Cabernet offers blackberry, blueberry pie, and chocolate-covered cherry, with a graphite minerality and baking spices of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg.
