SolSummit California Rose GSM Blend (375ml)
SolSummit was founded by an Ann Arbor mom looking to bring premium, low-intervention wine to a can. The label partners with Heringer Estates, a family-owned winery in California, to produce its lineup with an emphasis on certified sustainable farming. Woman-owned and built for life on the go, SolSummit aims to make refined wine approachable outside the tasting room.
This rose is built on a classic Rhône-style GSM blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, grown on sustainably farmed California vineyard sites. The grapes are picked with restraint to preserve fresh acidity, then fermented and finished with minimal intervention. The wine goes unfiltered into the bottle, and SolSummit also packages the blend in cans, letting the same Spanish-inspired rosé travel easily to picnics, beaches, or trailheads.
Pale pink in the glass, the wine opens with a burst of grapefruit before settling into herbaceous notes of green peppercorn, watermelon, and ripe strawberry. Bright acidity and a dry, savory edge give it more backbone than a typical rosé, closer in spirit to a Spanish-style pour built for red wine drinkers. Pair it with grilled shrimp skewers, spicy tacos, or a charcuterie spread.
