"The 2020 Syrah Biodynamic uses 30% whole bunch, natural ferment

with two daily pumpovers to limit extraction. It has quite an intense

dried mint bouquet, very oral and generous, well-dened and

focused. The palate has a little sinew on the entry, ne grip and subtle

herbal notes with blackcurrant and allspice on the slightly savory nish.

This will need two to three years in bottle. Classy and in some ways,

uncompromising"
