Weller 12 yr Old Bourbon Whiskey 750ml

The most allocated release in Buffalo Trace's wheated bourbon lineup, sitting one tier below the famed Pappy Van Winkle line — same mash bill family, considerably harder to find than the entry-level Special Reserve. Aged a full 12 years, it shows a rich nose of caramel, brown sugar, and crème brûlée, moving into a soft, sweet palate of honey, vanilla, and dark cherry, finishing with notes of molasses and toasted oak. Genuinely excellent wheated bourbon, though demand has made it far harder to find at retail than its price point would suggest.
