Cinquina is a family-run Italian company rooted in Altino, in the province of Chieti in Abruzzo, specializing in table olives and extra virgin olive oil. Its story began in the 1950s, when Saverio Cinquina, originally from Vasto, settled in Altino and started trading and processing table olives. Today the second and third generations carry on the work, selecting raw materials with care and promoting Made in Italy excellence.

Castelvetrano olives are the Nocellara del Belice variety, a large green olive from the Belice Valley of southwestern Sicily, where red Mediterranean soils and a unique microclimate suit the trees. The variety is so prized that Nocellara del Belice table olives hold protected status in the European Union. Using the Castelvetrano (sweet) method, the fruit is fully debittered, then preserved in a saline brine. These olives are pitted, so each one is ready to eat.

Bright green, these olives are mild and buttery, with a gentle sweetness rather than the sharp saltiness or bitterness of many table olives. The flesh stays crisp and meaty, with a rich mouthfeel and a subtle note of artichoke, making them an easy, approachable snack.
