Antoine Jobard continues the exacting, no-compromise style his father François built at this benchmark Meursault estate — long lees aging, minimal new oak, and wines built for patience rather than immediate appeal. The 2023 Village bottling is a blend of seven lieux-dits (Sous La Velle, En la Barre, Tillets, Les Corbins, Pré de Manche, and Les Chaumes de Narvaux among them), showing a crisp, focused nose with fine mineralité and light mossy, undergrowth notes that emerge with air. The palate is well-balanced with a slightly tangy entry, plenty of energy, and touches of apricot and peach skin carrying through a poised, precise finish. Classic, age-worthy village Meursault from one of the appellation's most respected names.
