2023 Joblot - Givry Cellier aux Moines (750ml)

One of the top terroirs in Givry — a walled clay-limestone parcel on the upper slope of a south-facing hillside, always dense and fine in Joblot's hands. 2023 brought abundant yields, and Jean-Marc Joblot dropped fruit early to ease disease pressure and let what remained ripen fully, so the crop came in clean with little need for sorting. The wine shows it: youthful but already deep, oak-inflected on the nose over a core of lively berry fruit, medium-weighted and velvety on the palate with fruit carrying all the way through the finish.
