Made from 100% Chardonnay grown on the Moncuit family's own Grand Cru vines in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this stainless-steel-fermented cuvée is aged a minimum of three years on the lees before a low, extra brut dosage. Expect ripe quince, Meyer lemon peel, nougat, chalk dust and a hint of honey, with a taut, medium-bodied palate of tightly coiled acidity, a focused citrusy core, and fine chalky texture on the finish.

"A bright but pale yellow hue, the NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Delos Extra Brut is made from the 2021 vintage. It opens with a nose featuring lemon sorbet and a fine mousse that highlights its pretty, salty, crystalline, and fresh notes with lemon candy qualities, bright green apples, and chalky earth. This Champagne is focused and medium-bodied, with a lively energy that persists through the palate, ending with a refreshing, clean finish. Drink now or within the next 6-8 years."
