"60% Malagousia, 35% Assyrtiko, 5% Athiri. From Krasna. TA 5.4 g/l, pH 3.2. Very mixed year with uneven budburst, flowering and ripening.
Fragrant with Malagousia, delicately orange and apricot fruit, but also a mineral stony quality. Spicy, citrus and pear and a savoury, mealy texture on the palate. Both firm and fresh. Bone, bone dry. More scented as it opens. Salty finish."
