Paros Farming Community is a nearly century-old agricultural cooperative on the Cycladic island of Paros, tracing its roots to small farming collectives formed in the 1920s across villages like Ageria, Kostos, Lefkes, and Naoussa. In recent years the co-op has been revitalized under winemaker Dimitris Mansolas, with backing from TETHYS Family Office, modernizing the winery while staying devoted to the island's two native grapes, Monemvasia and Mandilaria.

The Seiradi Rosé is co-fermented from roughly 75% Monemvasia and 25% Mandilaria, grown across Paros's varied terrain of coastal sands, volcanic granite, and iron-rich limestone terraces. Farming is organic and largely dry, with many vines old and ungrafted. Fermentation takes place at cool temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness and the wine's signature saline mineral edge, a hallmark of the estate's style.

In the glass, the wine shows a shiny, light salmon-pink hue. The nose offers gooseberry, strawberry, and cherry alongside a savory, tomato-leaf note, while the palate is crisp and light-bodied, carrying subtle tannins from the Mandilaria and a refreshing, saline finish. It suits grilled fish, Greek salads, or lighter mezze.

"75% Monemvassia, 25% Mandilaria. Coastal vineyards. Mandilaria adding the red component.
Very pale ruby. Already quite evolved on the nose. Unless you are a grape historian, you may seek a little more freshness. Bone-dry finish. But it’s certainly distinctive!
