The spirit is built from wine distillates aged between eight and fifteen years, blended with sweet Muscat wine from the sun-drenched vineyards of Samos and infused with Mediterranean botanicals. The blend then rests further in French Limousin oak casks, allowing the distillates and wine to marry into a single, cohesive spirit with real depth and complexity.

The nose opens with black tea leaves and dried apricot, moving into toasted oak, old honey, and a whisper of rose petal. On the palate, ripe apricot and plum meet rose water and vanilla, with warm spice and a touch of black pepper adding structure.
