Cultivated on clay and limestone substrates, the site experiences significant diurnal temperature variation that concentrates sugars while preserving the varieties’ hallmark acid structure. The winery processes each grape separately rather than blending in the fermenter, resting both lots in French tonneaux and barriques for roughly eighteen months. Following extraction and barrel aging, the components are unified and spend additional time integrating in bottle before reaching the market.

This separated vinification strategy delivers a wine with a deep garnet rim softened by violet edges. The nose releases layered notes of ripe black fruit, bright cherry, sweet spice, cured leather, and cocoa.
