The wine is a harmonious blend of organically farmed Procanico and Grechetto sourced from the estate’s volcanic hillside vineyards. It offers a clear pale straw-yellow color with natural golden highlights, and a fresh, inviting nose of fruity, fragrant aromas — wild mint, aromatic herbs, white blossoms, and a delicate citrus lift. On the palate it is dry, round, and effortlessly balanced, with a pleasantly bitter, mineral finish that is the hallmark of authentic Orvieto. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve freshness, this wine represents the estate’s “gastronomic and convivial” spirit
