2025 Terlano - Alto Adige DOC Muller Thurgau (750ml)

Cantina Terlano is one of Alto Adige’s great cooperatives, and its Müller Thurgau comes from the winery’s highest and steepest vineyards. The vines sit between 500 and 900 meters, on slopes as steep as 70 percent. All that altitude keeps the wine bright and aromatic. Grapes are picked by hand, fermented slowly in stainless steel, then rest on their lees for five to seven months for extra texture. Expect pale straw color and a spicy nose of grapefruit and white pepper, with ripe peach underneath. The palate is light on its feet, with lively acidity and an elegant, dry finish. Pour it as an aperitif, or with crudo, poached white fish, or a fresh alpine cheese.
