From the sun-drenched vineyards of Roussillon, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean, comes one of the South of France's most reliable white wine values. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, with about 30% aged in neutral barrel and the remainder on the lees of Viognier in tank — a technique that adds weight and aromatic complexity without overt oak.  The nose offers aromas of sliced peaches, pears, and lemon, leading to a medium- to full-bodied, attractively fruit-forward palate with a clean, balanced finish.
