2024 Roblin - Sancerre Origine (750ml)

This, their classic bottling, used to be aged over winter and underwent its first bottling in May. That aging process was gradually extended to July, and now with vintage 2025 the wine will be élevaged for nine months on the lees and undergo its first bottling in August. Roughly two-thirds of the vines grow in Kimmeridgian limestone while one-third or so grows in Portlandian (Portlandian is younger, with the least amount of clay, and typically is found above both Kimmeridgian and Oxfordian limestone). Production averages 6,000 cases
