Del Maguey Tobalá is a highly sought-after, artisanal mezcal crafted from wild-harvested Agave potatorum. Known for a sweet, fruity, and floral flavor profile with notes of mango and cinnamon.

Because the Tobalá agave is small, rare, and grows only at high elevations in the shade of oak trees, harvesting it is highly labor-intensive—requiring about eight times as many piñas to produce the same amount of mezcal as a standard Espadín agave.
