2016 was a year marked by climatic extremes — a difficult start with excessive rain, followed by an impeccable Indian summer that delivered optimal harvest conditions. Château Canon's mantra for 2016 was "who would have believed it?" — after the extraordinary success of their 2015, few thought they would equal or surpass it.
