Winemaker Notes

La Demoiselle is full of character, soul, and deliciousness. Succulent and beautifully balanced, it evokes dark fruit, leather, and spice and would pair perfectly with pretty much anything right off the grill.

The "Demoiselle" cuvée from Domaine de Fontsainte is produced from 100 year old Carignan and Grenache vines in the southernmost reaches of France, the Languedoc-Roussillon. You'll find flavors of garrigue, black olives on the nose. Lush dark fruit lingers on the palate.
