San Felice is one of Chianti Classico's most iconic and historically rooted estates, farming over 250 acres of certified organic vineyards in the heart of the denomination near the medieval village of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Il Grigio is the jewel of their Chianti Classico range — a Riserva of genuine ambition and personality, aged in a combination of large Slavonian oak casks and smaller barriques to achieve a beautiful balance of fruit, structure, and complexity. The 2021 vintage delivers a classic Tuscan experience: dark cherry, dried plum, leather, tobacco, and earthy spice on the nose, with a full, firmly structured palate and a long, savory finish that is made for the table.
