This thoughtful, minimal-intervention approach—born from four generations of vine-growing passion—yields a vibrant red that shines with balance and purity, crafted to deliver everyday elegance at a compelling price.

Winemaking & maturation

Crafted with a emphasis on purity and minimal intervention: cold pre-fermentation, temperature-controlled fermentation using native yeasts, and two months of aging in new 500L American oak barrels.
