2022 Sella Mosca - Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Riserva (750ml)

From one of Europe's largest contiguous wine estates — Sella & Mosca's 1,600-acre I Piani estate in northwestern Sardinia, planted across hot, dry terrain of granite, schist, sandstone, and limestone soils. Cannonau — Sardinia's ancient Grenache — is deeply tied to the island's identity and its famous "Blue Zone" longevity. Aged two years in large Slavonian oak barrels with additional months in bottle before release. Mature and refined aromas of violet, jam, plum, blackcurrant, and Oriental spices; the palate is solid and well-structured with warmth and balance, lifted by fresh bursts of balsam, medicinal herbs, and berries.
