2024 Quilla - Muscadet (750ml)

Domaine de la Quilla is a family winery in Muscadet's heartland of La Haie-Fouassière, established in 1948 by Gustave Vinet and now run by the Vinet brothers. Their 40 hectares of vines average 35 years old, grown on complex metamorphic soils with a philosophy rooted in working alongside the rhythms of nature.

A blend of wines from different terroirs in the commune of La Haye-Fouassière, Quilla is quintessential Muscadet — clean, crisp fruit, a gunflinty note on the nose, balanced acidity, and a long minerally finish.  Elegant and precise, with a crystalline sense of saline minerality that makes it a natural partner for oysters and halibut.
