Positioned as going "beyond non-alcoholic spirits," Fluère was built on the idea that alcohol-free drinks could carry the same depth and elegance as their traditional counterparts, and the brand has picked up recognition including gold at the Global Low & No Masters and a Best Non-Alcoholic Spirit Brand title from The Luxury Report.

Spiced Cane Dark Roast is produced through hydrosteam distillation, a gentle technique that pulls essential oils and aromas directly from each botanical before blending. The recipe centers on sugar cane molasses from the Dominican Republic, layered with Casablanca coriander seed, Himalayan juniper berries, Provençal lavender, and Mediterranean lemon peel, along with tonka bean and warming spice for depth. The finished spirit is bottled at 0% alcohol and designed as a direct base for rum-style cocktails.

The nose leads with dark roasted coffee and cocoa, backed by a savory hint of bitter almond. On the palate, that same coffee and caramel character returns, sweeter now and rounded out by earthy tonka bean, toffee, and a light touch of spice, with a gentle, clean acidity keeping the sweetness in check. The finish runs moderately long on rich, roasted notes. It works well built into an old fashioned or espresso martini, or topped simply with cola.
