This barrel-selected bottling draws from some of the valley’s premier Chardonnay sites in the Eola-Amity Hills, including Justice, Koosah, Sojeau, Witness Tree, and X Novo. All vineyards are dry farmed and organically grown, underscoring a commitment to site expression and sustainable farming. Each vineyard parcel is fermented and aged separately in a mix of new and used French oak, then thoughtfully assembled into the final blend and given additional months in stainless steel to sharpen natural acidity and maintain balance.

The wine opens with a rich, Burgundian nose of ripe yellow fruit, buttered pie crust, and white blossom.
