2024 Elk Cove - Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (750ml)
From Elk Cove Vineyards, one of Oregon’s oldest and most respected wineries, this 2024 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is crafted exclusively from estate-grown fruit drawn from six expressive sites: The Winery Estate, Mount Richmond, Five Mountain, Clay Court, Goodrich, and Windhill. The wines reflect a careful balance of terroirs, with fruit from each block fermented separately to capture the unique character of every site.
Winemaking focuses on classic Willamette techniques: small, temperature-controlled fermentations with punch-downs by hand twice daily, followed by a patient maturation of about ten months in French oak before the final blend comes together. The team blends across soil types to achieve depth, balance, and a seamless complexity that evolves bottle to bottle.
