2024 Henri Boillot - Meursault Clos Richemont (750ml) [PRE ARRIVAL]

Clos Richemont is a 0.63-hectare monopole Premier Cru within Les Cras — a vineyard noted for its strikingly mineral whites — which Boillot acquired in 2019 and immediately began crafting impressively chiselled wines from. The stony soils of this walled lieu-dit produce a leaner, more linear style of Meursault, with a vibrant mineral backbone and a long, mouth-wateringly saline finish. The 2024 whites from the Côte de Beaune show more concentration than expected, with lovely fruit and elegance — and in Boillot's hands, with his meticulous organic viticulture and commitment to low yields, that translates to a wine of real precision and depth.
