(from Pataille's father). Initially, it is a little timid, but it opens nicely

with aeration, bringing flinty black fruit with the 80% whole bunches

imparting a light pepperiness. The palate is medium-bodied with

granular tannins, fresh and vibrant, finishing with a touch of black

olive."
