The tank-aging process preserves primary fruit purity and removes oak contact, producing a streamlined 12.0% ABV that drinks easily while retaining structural balance.

Pours a clear ruby-red with faint garnet highlights. The aromatic profile opens with sharp cranberry, wild raspberry, and fresh red cherry, slowly unfolding into earthy forest floor, red licorice, and a whisper of clove.
