From one of Barolo's most respected and earliest-certified organic estates, farmed by the Vajra family from their historic base in Vergne since 1972. Rosabella is a rosé de saignée built around Nebbiolo — Piedmont's noblest red grape — handled with the same precision Vajra brings to its celebrated Barolos, just in miniature, fragrant form. Cool stainless-steel fermentation with no malolactic preserves freshness and aromatic lift: expect a pale, luminous pink hue with orange blossom, blood orange, wild strawberry, and rose petal on the nose, framed by crisp acidity and a dry, mineral-tinged finish. A serious, vineyard-driven rosé from a producer better known for structured reds — equally at home as an aperitif or alongside light Mediterranean fare.
